Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: Our shipping rates vary depending on where the product is being shipped to as well as depending on how large your order is.  We do offer free shipping on orders $75 or more in Canada.  We also have a local pick up option for those living in Victoria, BC.  The pickup location is in the Westshore area (Langford/Colwood).


Q: I chose the Local Pick Up option at checkout, how do I get my order?

A:  1-2 days before your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email from us with the address and times you can pick up your order.  We do not advertise our local address on the website as it is the owners private home. 


Q: Do I need to be involved in fitness to use your products?

A: No. Our products are made for anyone who is looking to live a healthy lifestyle. Products range from body scrubs, body butters, and lip balms to Hand Repair, Muscle Balm and more. 


Q: Are your products safe to use when pregnant? 

A: Our products contain essential oils, some of which should be avoided during pregnancy.  Please consult your physician before use.


Q: What are essential oils?

A: Essential oils are the fragrant, highly concentrated natural constituents that are found in plants.  A typical essential oil will contain more than 100 different chemical compounds, each of which exhibits a specific therapeutic property. Almost all essential oils are antiseptic and many are antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial. 


Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Many of our products contain beeswax and are, therefore, not vegan.  Our vegan products include the Hand Sanitizer Spray, Peppermint Scrub, Coffee Scrub, Coconut Lime Scrub, Recovery Bath Salts, Remedy Bath Salts & Relaxation Bath Salts. 

Q: Are your products gluten-free?  

A: Yes!  All of our products are gluten-free.  We have carefully researched and spoken with our suppliers to ensure that all of our ingredients are gluten-free. 

Q: Wheatgerm oil is used in some products, are they gluten-free? 

A: Yes.  We use a refined wheat germ oil, wherein the refinement process any gluten is removed from the product.  This has been guaranteed by our supplier and we have done our research to make sure that is it safe to use. If you have any concerns, the products containing wheat germ oil are Hand & Body Repair Balm's, Muscle Balm, and all lip balms.

Q: What is the average shelf life of your products?

A: Our products should be used within 6-8 months after purchase for the best results.  


Q: Do your products contain any chemicals or preservatives?

A: We pride ourselves on providing all natural, chemical-free products.  We use beeswax and grapefruit seed extract as a natural preservative in some of our products.
