Adam is originally from Ottawa ON. He has been a CrossFit Regionals Level Athlete since 2013, competing individually Since 2015. He is the owner of LoLo Barbell Club in Victoria BC and is the Eastern Canada Sales Rep with Blonyx.

Q: What motivates you to stay healthy?
A: Wanting to be ready to be a fun loving father someday.
Q: What is something that you have done recently to help others?
A: Organized a fundraiser to support women on the street and halfway houses. The name of the organization is called WIN that stands for Women In Need Cooperative.

A: This is Adam, he's fit, he loves Disney, doughnuts, and milkshakes; cares about people; is inspired by cool woman in business.
Q: What is your occupation? What inspired you to pick this profession?
A: I'm the owner of LoLo Barbell Club and I choose this profession because I have always been a coach and athlete and I know that I can use this environment where people are the most vulnerable and I can make a difference just by listening, teaching people to be stronger and fitter versions from when they walked through the door.

Q: What would you say to someone who is trying to start living a healthier lifestyle?
A: Don't think about it as losing weight, think about it as gaining fitness. Improve your skills and your abilities.
Q: Do you set goals? Will you share those goals with us?
A: Goals are to turn LoLo Barbell Club into CrossFit LoLo and go to the CrossFit Games.

A: Inspiring the next generation of girls to love who they are and that their value doesn't rely on their appearance, shape or size. Our focus as humans is on abilities in strength, intelligence, creativity or whatever gifts we all possess.
