Name: Brittany Wilson

 What is your favourite sport/type of exercise & where do you train?  I train at CrossFit Stasis, CrossFit is definitely my favourite exercise right now.

 Athletic background: Growing up I played all sorts of sports. I love basketball and baseball the most. I've done a lot of running as an adult.

 What is your favourite Fit Balm product and why? I love the Hand Repair Balm, I constantly rip my hands and FitBalm's hand repair always does the trick!

 What motivates you to be healthy? To be able to live a long and healthy life.

 Favourite healthy food? Pizza is healthy right? No? Ok, I love a good hearty salad.

 Favourite cheat meal? Pizza!

 Goals and accomplishments? One of my current goals is to get a handstand push-up, which seems impossible at the moment! I've had so many accomplishments since I started CrossFit but most recently I got my C2B pull-ups and PR'd my clean and jerk!

Tell us a little bit more about yourself: I have lived on Vancouver Island my whole life! I started CrossFit almost 2 years ago and fell in love with it immediately. Since then I have become so much stronger not only physically but mentally. I have a large family who has always supported everything that I do and I'm grateful to be so close with them. I'm also very grateful to have such an amazing CrossFit community who supports each other.
